Wow We are ONE! Happy Birthday to us!!!

Thank you so much Grandma Tracy and Grandpa for making the best princess cake ever!
The Party was a blast! Thank you to everyone that came and everyone that helped out! It was appreciated!!

Bell and MommyWe had a jumping castle and the girls loved it!! At first Adonia was scared, but then she didn't want to get out!Nana Terry got us the coolest princess pinata! It was bigger than us! All the kids had so much fun taking a WHACK out of it!

New Family, new traditions

Mommy & Daddy bundled us up and told us they were taking us somewhere special...Both Bellah and I had no idea what they had in store, but it didn't matter...we knew what ever it was it was sure to be a treat!

We wound up at this wonderful destination called, Winterhaven. Daddy told us to hold on to our hats because we were in store for lots of fun and excitement! Boy was he right, this place called, Winterhaven was decorated with tons of different Christmas lights, people were singing Christmas carols and Mommy made a batch of yummy hot chocolate!

During our walk Mommy and Daddy told us about how visiting this place has been a Tucson tradition for many families for over 50 years. Mommy and Daddy have been coming here together for the past two years and now visiting here will be our family tradition.

Grandma told Bellah about another Christmas tradition, "kissing under the mistletoe". She warned both Bellah and I(quite adamantly) to stay far away from the mistletoe. She mentioned something about how it would stunt our growth or something like that. Bellah and I both decided we wouldn't take any chances! Don't worry Grandma, we promise (wink, wink) to stay far away from the tradition of, "kissing under the mistletoe".

This house was decorated with lots of lights and cute winter characters. There was a train taking gifts to all the good little girls and boys; Bellah and I are pretty sure we made the list this year!

Cousin Mason and Tia Michelle came with us to visit Winterhaven. It was so much fun!

Mommy held me for some of our walk. She held Bellah too, but I don't think we got a picture of that!

This house won the, "mailman's award" because it had the best decorated mailbox. It was really a sight to see!

We decided next year, we may take the mule drawn carriage (and possibly start another tradition).

For couple months now I have not had Internet...so people have been posting pictures they have taken of the girls and tried to keep it updated for me. So I have a bunch of pictures from the past couple months that no one has been able to really see. Now that I have Internet again I will be keeping it more updated!

Catching up

So much has changed since we saw you last...for instance, we have started holding our own bottles (Mommy and Daddy made such a fuss over us accomplishing this feat ... we wonder what kind of party they'll have once we begin to walk!)

We are growing so quickly...I heard Mommy say just the other day she thought we grew overnight!

We roll and crawl and make our way around now...in fact, we are starting to pull ourselves up on to things like the ottoman in our living room

We are on a regular feeding routine now (not sure what that means but we hear Mommy saying that a lot)

Mommy and Daddy have us trying all kinds of different things to eat...we love just about everything they feed us but every once in a while we have to put our feet down and lock our lips
We love one another so much...we're not sure what we would do with out each other...we play together, eat together, bath together...we think you get the picture
We are getting pretty used to this picture taking thing

Grandma and Brian came to visit the other day...Mommy was telling Brian how Adonia likes hats and he had to test that out...sure enough...she does like hats...I had fun sitting on his lap poses for the camera

080808 - Making history

We heard today is somewhat of a historic day; we couldn't let the day go

by without updating everyone on our progress...

Since the arrival of my bottom two teeth I haven't been able to keep anything out of my mouth...unless of course Bellah is taking it from me (smile)

Grandma stopped by today and decided to take lots of pictures of Me and Bellah...we are sitting up, rolling over and making our way around the floor so much I just know we'll be crawling soon!

Mommy decided dinnertime was approaching ... I don't think her decision had anything to do with my teething ring obsession

Mommy says we're eating so well these days...I heard her tell Grandma we're really getting the hang of things

Bellah likes carrots but when she's ready to take a break from eating she locks her lips so nothing can get through ...

Sometimes Mommy makes funny faces and noises to make us laugh so we can finish our dinner

I was a little tired at dinnertime today...I only slept 30 minutes of my nap; while Bellah slept I spent some one on one time with Mommy...we really enjoyed ourselves

Mommy & Daddy have been letting us enjoy bath time together once in awhile...Mommy told Grandma how Daddy likes to let us play a little longer than Mommy because we have so much fun splashing around and chewing on our bath toys
