Thanks everyone!

For couple months now I have not had Internet...so people have been posting pictures they have taken of the girls and tried to keep it updated for me. So I have a bunch of pictures from the past couple months that no one has been able to really see. Now that I have Internet again I will be keeping it more updated!

Catching up

So much has changed since we saw you last...for instance, we have started holding our own bottles (Mommy and Daddy made such a fuss over us accomplishing this feat ... we wonder what kind of party they'll have once we begin to walk!)

We are growing so quickly...I heard Mommy say just the other day she thought we grew overnight!

We roll and crawl and make our way around now...in fact, we are starting to pull ourselves up on to things like the ottoman in our living room

We are on a regular feeding routine now (not sure what that means but we hear Mommy saying that a lot)

Mommy and Daddy have us trying all kinds of different things to eat...we love just about everything they feed us but every once in a while we have to put our feet down and lock our lips
We love one another so much...we're not sure what we would do with out each other...we play together, eat together, bath together...we think you get the picture
We are getting pretty used to this picture taking thing

Grandma and Brian came to visit the other day...Mommy was telling Brian how Adonia likes hats and he had to test that out...sure enough...she does like hats...I had fun sitting on his lap poses for the camera

080808 - Making history

We heard today is somewhat of a historic day; we couldn't let the day go

by without updating everyone on our progress...

Since the arrival of my bottom two teeth I haven't been able to keep anything out of my mouth...unless of course Bellah is taking it from me (smile)

Grandma stopped by today and decided to take lots of pictures of Me and Bellah...we are sitting up, rolling over and making our way around the floor so much I just know we'll be crawling soon!

Mommy decided dinnertime was approaching ... I don't think her decision had anything to do with my teething ring obsession

Grandma snapped a close-up of Bellah while Mommy prepared our highchairs for dinner

Mommy says we're eating so well these days...I heard her tell Grandma we're really getting the hang of things

Bellah likes carrots but when she's ready to take a break from eating she locks her lips so nothing can get through ...

Sometimes Mommy makes funny faces and noises to make us laugh so we can finish our dinner

I was a little tired at dinnertime today...I only slept 30 minutes of my nap; while Bellah slept I spent some one on one time with Mommy...we really enjoyed ourselves

Mommy & Daddy have been letting us enjoy bath time together once in awhile...Mommy told Grandma how Daddy likes to let us play a little longer than Mommy because we have so much fun splashing around and chewing on our bath toys

Our weekend away

For those of you that don't get around as much as we do (and believe me we are getting around these days!!!)...you probably haven't seen the pics of our weekend with Grandpa and Grandma on their blog so we thought we would share them here too!

Grandpa John, Grandma Tracy, Uncle Thayer and Aunt Jilly invited us to spend Daddy's Birthday weekend with them so Mommy & Daddy could have some alone time...here we are showing off one of the first outfits mommy bought us when we were still in her belly!

We had so much fun as usual! Jilly swam with us in her kiddie pool, boy was it a blast!

Grandpa was showing me how funny Jilly's Little Piggy is...it made me laugh while Grandma took my picture

Thank you Jilly for letting me have so much fun with Little Piggy while Adonia was sleeping...next time I'll have to show Adonia how much fun he is too!

Look what we can do!

We've been working really hard with Mommy trying to master holding our own bottles. We're almost there (sometimes our arms get tired). Mommy thought she'd take a picture to capture history in the making! Pretty soon we'll be driving!

Picture Day!

Today was quite an eventful day...

Mommy, Grandma & Great-Grandma
took us to have our 6 month pictures taken

Normally, Adonia is all smiles and Bellah is slightly more reserved and coy...

Today Bellah came out of her shell and Adonia
(who cut two lower teeth in a matter of 24 hours)

wasn't really in the mood to woo her loyal subjects

We decided a wardrobe change was in order

We went swimming with Grandpa and Grandma Tracy this weekend and we all had a blast!

Jilly and Thayer had a great time as well....pretty soon they will be teaching the girls how to swim (Jilly def. has some skills)
