Welcome Home, Mommy and Daddy !

With a little help from Thayer and Jillian the girls wanted to welcome home Mommy and Daddy. We loved the time we got to spend with them and look foward to their next visit. Mmmmmm... Maybe Disneyland?

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun!

Jillian thinks she's the cat's meow now that she the older one of this little group. Just think, when the twins are 14 , Jilly will be 16. Could this be trouble brewing?

Road Trip to McDonald's

Though this might seem like a task that is not note-worthy (until you attempt it), we thought we would take a trip to our favorite McDonald playground for lunch. Notice that the children at one end of the table did not eat the regular McDonald's offerings, but indulged in milk and salad instead. Even the big kid. The other kids went to town, though, and loaded up on French fries.

This was too precious of an opportunity for Grandpa to pass up. I bet the girls are thinking, "Oh no, here he goes again!"

Tummy time at Mickey D's.

All the kids big and small decided to go down the slide together. I think at one point Grandpa was stuck and Jillian and Thayer had to get behind and push.

Whew! We made it safely to the ground. The girls didn't seem to be worried. Grandpa's always trying crazy things!

In Good Hands

It's easy to see why people have big families...you can't beat the extra help! Thayer and Jilly decided to take over feeding the girls this evening.

Someone's just a LITTLE proud of herself, wouldn't you say?

Bellah thought it was funny that Jilly was taking care of her, but Jilly was taking her job seriously.

"Hey Grandma! I've got your dog." (Adonia loves Ranger...he always makes her smile.)

Now THIS is funny! While Grandpa plays kissy-face with Adonia and Bellah, Jilly steps on his calves and Thayer bites his shoulder. Ah, there's never a dull moment at the Smith household (and no, our house isn't usually this messy!)

After looking in the rear view mirror, Grandma placed an emergency call to Grandpa: No more kids for any of us...there's no more room in the car! Thayer and Jilly did enjoy the new view from the back row of the Tahoe and had fun showing off Adonia and Bellah at the grocery store and karate lessons.

Bellah and Adonia always seem to be in a good mood and think Grandpa's pretty funny always following them around with a camera. Makes you wonder if they'll grow up thinking Grandpa has a silver nose that flashes...

Grandpa, Are You Sure That Was Just Milk In Our Bottles?

Sorry if we look a little blurry, but we just can't seem to stop wiggling and giggling for Grandpa! He ALWAYS has that camera out. Looks like it's going to be a wild couple of days!

Pre Flight Party! (10:30 AM)

With her bottles all lined up and the babies in good hands, Chelsie decided it was time to get this Party started!

The birthday girl trying to uncork the champagne bottle (what's missing from this picture is everyone taking cover, afraid that the cork was going to hit them!)

With a little help from Dad, Chelsie managed to shoot the cork across the room and officially start her 21st birthday celebration!

Dad showing Chelsie how to mix Chambord and champagne.

Chelsie and Ramon toast to Chelsie's birthday and lots of luck in Vegas!

Happy Birthday Mommy!!!!

Today is Mommy's birthday, so we're up hanging out with Grandma and Grandpa Smith, Aunty Jilly, & Uncle Thayer while she and Daddy take a birthday trip to Vegas. We asked Grandma and Grandpa to help us blog for the next few days, so feel free to check back to see if they've taken more pictures. They seem kind of camera happy, so we're hoping they'll snap a few good pics. So far, everyone has helped take care of us. Here, "Uncle Ranger" watches over Adonia.

Wow! This ball is cool! Jilly and Thayer are showing us all of their favorite toys.

Thayer even shared Little Puppy with Adonia. He figured that since Little Puppy took such good care of HIM, that he's be able to help out with the girls. Truth be told, Adonia was more impressed with the ball, but it's the thought that counts!

Sleepy time! Bellah's relaxed and ready for her nap.

Hanging out with the family.

Jilly keeps a watchful eye (and hand) on Bellah.

Ranger is ready to help out! He loves babies and will not leave their side.
